Embodying the vision and craftsmanship of DEAS Construction, the seaside apartment hotel stands out as a jewel of architecture, where every stone and line reflects our passion for creating perfect living and leisure spaces. Located on a picturesque territory spanning approximately 1 acre of land, this complex combines elegance and functionality, offering guests and residents not just accommodation, but a place with a unique atmosphere and style. From villas named after Greek goddesses to guest apartments overlooking landscaped ponds and greenery, every corner of the project is meticulously planned, creating the ideal space for living, relaxation, and enjoyment of nature.
The complex includes 6 villas of various layouts ranging from 220 to 280 square meters, as well as common areas such as a steam room, patio area, relaxation and meeting area, a hearth sunken below ground level, technical rooms, a security block for the complex, and much more.
In the process of creating this project, we encountered a number of challenges, including high groundwater levels due to its location on the sea’s first shoreline, wind loads, sand drift, and complex terrain and foundations for construction. However, thanks to the outstanding professionalism and skill of our team, all these difficulties were overcome. The apartment hotel planned to open its doors to visitors in the summer of 2022, but the war made its adjustments. Our team is fully assembled and ready for new challenges, always seeking opportunities to implement ambitious projects and expand the horizons of construction.
